Shipping & Returns


Koi’s standard shipping option is USPS, which will usually be processed within 48 hours of receipt. Exceptions are weekends and holidays.

Please allow 5-9 business days for your order to arrive unless requested otherwise. 

UPS is also available but it costs more than USPS

If you should want overnight or 2 business days shipping, you need to call the store 337.237.5833 directly for a freight quote and to see if this method is possible. Items requesting one or two day air will be processed as soon as time permits. All orders requesting overnight service or 2 business days must be ordered before 12noon (central time) of that same day to be shipped that day. Please keep in mind we only ship to the 48 contiguous states.

Orders placed after 11am  on Friday will be processed on Monday.

For our local customers, in store pick up is available.

Online Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Koi, but if you are not satisfied please let us know.

If your item is damaged upon arrival, please notify Koi within twenty-four (24) hours so that we may replace it.

Online orders can be returned for refund or exchange within 10 days of customer receipt with a RA# from us. We will issue a full refund or exchange for unworn, unwashed, unaltered, non-sale merchandise. Refunded items must include all original tags attached to the merchandise. With your receipt, we will provide you a full refund (less shipping) if return is postmarked within ten (10) days, otherwise you will receive a store credit. If merchandise is not in the original condition we can not accept it and will ship it back to you. If merchandise is returned for another item customer is responsible for shipping cost of the replacement item unless original merchandise was defective.

In store pick ups have 7 days to return merchandise for a refund. Just bring the merchandise back to Koi with your receipt.

Return Authorization Number- RA

If you need to return an item you will need to call us 337-237-5833 and get an Return Authorization number. This number needs to be written on the outside of the package.  Packages without this number will be refused and returned to you.

Please Note: All sales are Final on seasonal and sale items. They cannot be returned or exchanged. If any items from the online store are received by Koi past the 10-day limit, the items may be shipped back to you and the shipping fees may be charged to your original payment method.

 All returns must include: customer name, phone number, and receipt. It is at the discretion of Koi to deny a return if the merchandise is in a condition showing damage or use.

Returns must be postmarked within 10 days from the time you receive your order. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. All returns must be sent with Delivery Confirmation. We need proof it was mailed, and you need proof it arrived! Make sure you keep your tracking number. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
